Unbowed Celtic's manager does not fear dismissal but supporters display wrath after derby defeat.
The under-pressure manager declared he did not fear dismissal, maintaining, “The team is very near to changing our fortunes,” in the wake of moving dangerously close to the chopping block with a convincing setback against Rangers.
Another Capitulation Results in Old Firm Defeat
The Hoops were in front the visitors at half-time but a second-half capitulation allowed Danny Röhl’s team to pull level on points with the current Scottish Premiership champions. The French coach, who was brought in from the MLS, has now presided over six losses in eight fixtures.

“There were many, many good things that we did, like today again. However it’s about consistency. My message would be different the same. Therefore I firmly believe the team can to fix this.”
Röhl’s Cautious Outlook
The victorious boss refused to contemplate a serious challenge despite what appeared to be a landmark win. “One match at a time, and we can really build up momentum,” he said. “The belief in the team is outstanding.”
